Always warm up!

Warming up is a vital part of any fitness routine and should be included in all of your workouts. Warming up gets the body physically and mentally ready for exercise, as it should somewhat mimic the training you plan on performing for the main part of your session. Warming up raises our core temperature and muscles through blood flow which increases elasticity and it severely reduces the risk of injuring yourself.
