I’ve been training with Tom to try and get back in shape and increase my fitness levels since having my baby. I hadn’t exercised in a long time, had picked up bad eating habits and was carrying some baby weight. Although my initial goals were purely physical, what I’ve also noticed is the huge benefit to my state of mind. Not only have I worked off the calories (the burn is REAL ), but I’ve also blown off some steam mentally which I didn’t even know I needed. I thought I’d dread it each week but since the very first session I haven’t dreaded it once – it’s great fun and something I look forward to! He takes his time to understand your goals and also looks at your nutrition so you can get the best results in whatever time you have. He will push you hard but only to what you’re capable of, which is often surprisingly more than you think. He’s very patient but encouraging and won’t let you give up! When my daughter suggested doing a 10 week Partner training programme, being older I was unsure how it could work but Conor invested the time with me and adjusted the exercises where necessary to enable me to gain greater fitness & mobility. The sessions were great fun, different each week and I can definitely feel the benefits. I would highly recommend WhiteWay Fitness!

I highly recommend Whiteway fitness – I have attended bootcamp most Wednesday evenings for a while now, but I have recently taken up personal training with Conor. I am two sessions in and it really is great!! Conor has clearly walked me through the whole personal training process to date (explaining any areas that I didn’t understand or wanted to know more about), he has gone through my goals with me, defined a personalised training plan based on my goals and is now training me twice a week. I have a plan to follow at home and he is always on hand to support / offer help when needed.
Tom makes exercise work but also fun. Great class and PT sessions. Always enjoyable!
