I’ve been training with Tom to try and get back in shape and increase my fitness levels since having my baby. I hadn’t exercised in a long time, had picked up bad eating habits and was carrying some baby weight. Although my initial goals were purely physical, what I’ve also noticed is the huge benefit to my state of mind. Not only have I worked off the calories (the burn is REAL ), but I’ve also blown off some steam mentally which I didn’t even know I needed. I thought I’d dread it each week but since the very first session I haven’t dreaded it once – it’s great fun and something I look forward to! He takes his time to understand your goals and also looks at your nutrition so you can get the best results in whatever time you have. He will push you hard but only to what you’re capable of, which is often surprisingly more than you think. He’s very patient but encouraging and won’t let you give up! Highly recommend him to anyone looking to start their fitness journey, you won’t regret it! Thank you Tom
