Group up and train!

Group exercise classes are designed to be a social and motivation form of training, usually led by an instructor. These group classes could involve anything from Zumba to high-intensity interval training to spinning. Attending a group class can be a fantastic way to try a new form of training you might be curious about, a chance to make new friends who want to get fit as much as you do or even something social to do just to pass the time. Signing up to classes will also help motivate you to stay active so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t give one a go!
