We all know press ups are a great compound movement, working press ups in different angles and at different levels can also work all those stabiliser muscles but we will come to that another day. For now lets concentrate on taking that press up to the next level and really start to concentrate on the power through the press. Remember: Core tight, Head looking at the floor, Breathe out on exertion (here it is the upward movement).
