30 Minutes a day

It is recommended that you should spend 30 minutes a day exercising if you wish to see any results from your training. This is because research done by American College of Sports Medicine suggests that results gained from training are lost if you don’t train those muscles again within 2-3 days. It doesn’t mean you have to do the exact same workout as the previous one, it simply means that by engaging those muscles you are maintaining them by activating them.
