Since working with Tom (4+ months now) my main aim was to improve my fitness level and build muscle, after snapping my ACL doctors ruled me out of all physical action for several months… Not only has tom helped me improve my physical fitness he has also helped strengthen my knee in the last few weeks. I have felt huge improvement. I am now able to light jog without pain and i can start to look forward to the new challenges that await.
Tom is a very skilled pt that can motivate you,set you challenging goals but 100% gives you belief, confidence and support that you can and will achieve them..
