Roo Davis – (Bootcamp/Personal Training)
I’ve been training consistently in the gym for about 4 years but found myself stuck in a rut and getting bored. Over the years I had been to the WhiteWay bootcamps and always loved them so I decided to contact Tom about some Personal Training.
He really took the time to listen to where I was at and what I was looking to achieve. The bespoke workout plan was just what I needed! Not too overwhelming and fitted into my busy lifestyle but definitely challenged me. I was used to weight training and HIIT and thought I was pretty fit but Tom’s 100% bodyweight workouts were a game changer. My fitness and strength improved and I was totally motivated again and out of my rut.
Our one to one PT sessions were brilliant. They were always varied and different from my home workouts. Tom manages to get the balance just right… always pushing you to work to your max and can be tough on you when you need it but always super encouraging and supportive. It’s also obvious that he is very knowledgeable so you are in safe hands.
On the food side of things, he gave me a detailed breakdown of my macros as that is what I like to use when managing my diet. He also explained to me that carbs are my friend and I shouldn’t deprive myself. That was a real eye opener as I could eat oats for every meal!
He was always contactable for any questions and checked in regularly so there is accountability which is really important for me!
If you’re looking for an experienced PT who really knows their stuff but is also good fun and makes the whole process enjoyable then Tom is the PT for you! Can’t recommend highly enough.
