I heard about Whiteway Fitness through two friends of mine who had Tom as their PT. Although a relatively active person and keen netballer, I wasn’t happy with my body, fitness or nutrition. After putting on weight at uni, and then trying to lose it quickly and unhealthily by restricting my food intake and having a ‘diet’ protein shake for breakfast every day, I decided it was time I needed to get some help with my nutrition and exercise. I started training with Tom in September 2016, and I am so impressed with the results so far. I have reduced my body fat %, increased my muscle mass, increased my fitness, and also become more flexible! This is all from following and trusting in Tom’s expert advice on the body, nutrition and exercise. My diet has also changed so much without me even realising, and I feel so much better for it. Tom tailors your session plans and workouts for your individual goals, pushes you when you need it, and is always so encouraging. The sessions are challenging, but always enjoyable. Even though you’re working hard, you will always have a laugh with Tom in your sessions. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a friendly and dedicated personal trainer who helps you to reach your individual goals.
