Try roasted kale!!

  1. Preheat an oven to 180 degrees.
  2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. (sprinkle with a dash of olive oil if needed). Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place in a deep baking tray and bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
