You may think eating a lot of fat in your diet is the worst thing you could possibly do! However, there are many different types of fats, each with their own benefits and downsides when consumed. The fats you should try to eat more of like monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which can be found in natural sources such as avocados and olive oils. Whereas saturated fats found in fast and processed foods are made with hydrogenated oils do no good whatsoever for your body.
