Exercises to do at your desk

It is important to keep moving and stay active during the day instead of remaining sedentary. So here are a few exercises you can perform to stay mobile! 1. Stand up from your chair, lunge forward with one leg, stand back up straight and sit down, then stand up again and lunge forward with the other leg. That’s 1, aim for 10+. 2. Sit on the edge of your chair, put your hands behind your head and lean back so the top of your back slightly touches the chair, lean forward so you’re upright then SLOWLY lean back to the starting position. 3. Raise your elbow up to your sides, and alternate between them swinging back behind you, engaging your core in the turn too (try not to turn your neck too much.)
