Avocados are very high in fat but does this mean they are a bad thing to eat?? NO they are a rich source of monounsaturated fats which can help reduce ‘bad’ cholesterol, and full of nutrients. They also make a lovely dip…..cut 2 avocados in half and remove skin and stone, put the flesh into a food processor and add the juice of 2 limes, 2 large crushed garlic cloves and a large tea spoon of chilli powder. Process until smooth and add to serving bowl. Mmm……..
