Try this…….write down what you spend doing every hour on average during in a day.
For example the average person spends: 8 hours sleeping, 1.5 hours eating, 8.5 hours working, 4 hour watching TV, 2 hours of various other activities.
Now looking at that surely you cant tell me that you ‘don’t have time’ to get a quick 40 minute exercise session in there.
WHAT’S YOUR NEXT EXCUSE?!?
