I started attending Tom’s bootcamp following the birth of my first baby. I was a bit nervous about it at first as my fitness levels were not what they used to be so I roped in a friend to come with me. Tom is very encouraging and always makes sure that the sessions are suitable for all fitness levels but challenging enough for you to make progress. People said I was mad doing a bootcamp but it has helped me get the results I was looking for and I can honestly say that it is really enjoyable.
Just want to say thank you to Tom for being an excellent Personal Trainer. The sessions were tailored to fit my needs and helped me reach my end goal. His positive attitude makes the sessions highly enjoyable, he always listens to your needs and takes a real interest and passion in the work that he does. I was incredibly impressed. And I would always recommend Tom to anyone! I will certainly be going back to WhiteWay Fitness in the near future. Thank you so much Tom – it’s been a pleasure!
I spent a lovely morning with Tom at his house one Saturday morning. It was a great excuse for a catch up with my mum but was combined with some fitness, relaxation, top nutritional tips and all washed down by the most delicious breakfast (which I have tried unsuccessfully to replicate) and a welcome glass of prosecco (sadly replicated too often and too successfully at home!). Thanks Tom, it was great.
I have been working with Tom since November 2015 and the results have been great. Since having children I had tried all sorts of fitness classes etc seeing no real improvement in my body shape or fitness, but since doing sessions with Tom I am overwhelmed by the improvement in both my fitness levels and body shape. He’s very supportive and always encourages you to reach your goals. The sessions are always different which make each one interesting and always tailored to specific areas of improvement. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some personal training sessions that are fun, energetic and individualised.
I found out about Whiteway Fitness charity class by the flyers around the village, I am not the fittest of people so wanted something that I could feel working. The first two weeks my body ached which I took as a good sign, by week three my body had adjusted and I knew I was doing good. Tom was very helpful and always made sure I was doing it right. If you’re looking for a good all over body workout, then definitely try Whiteway Fitness.
Tom’s classes have been hard work, but much fun. He is encouraging, but makes you work to the best of your own ability. Each exercise has different levels, and its fine to work at the level that suits you, although Tom will push you to give a bit more which helps. Each exercise is explained so you know what muscle group you are working on. The class varies from week to week, so it doesn’t become repetitious. Always hated keep fit classes in the past. Love this one.

I have been going to Tom’s classes that he has been running for charity – what a great idea. The workouts are challenging and fun at the same time. Tom is really encouraging and helps you to push yourself that little bit harder. What has really impressed me is his knowledge of the body and nutrition, he explains why we are doing a certain exercise and ensures you are doing it correctly. I really enjoy going to Tom’s classes and actually look forward to them and always come away feeling please with what I have achieved.
Tom is very professional and he does a great workout for all fitness levels. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
Tom, thank you for running the Charity Fitness Class, it is the only thing that I feel I am able to do to try to gain some kind of fitness! I really enjoy the classes because you tailor them to our ability but always seem to get more out of us than we think we can achieve! The classes are great fun and are attended by others like me who appreciate them being serious enough to do some good, but not too serious that they are not enjoyable. I have certainly noticed a difference in my fitness since I have been coming, and really notice it if I can’t make it for a week or two! Keep up the good work.
