I have been going to Tom’s sessions on a Wednesday evening, each session is really well thought out and different to the week before so you never know what you are getting which makes it so much fun.

I came to see Tom for some personal training as I was getting bored of my day to day gym life. It is tough sessions, excellent variations and enjoyable (after the pain!).

If you are thinking about training with a PT, I highly recommend Tom. Tom has been helping me get into shape following the birth of my daughter and I am happy with the results so far. My sessions are tailored specifically to me and are tough but made to be enjoyable with Tom’s support and motivation. Tom keeps track of my progress and if you follow his advice, you will see results.
Since working with Tom (4+ months now) my main aim was to improve my fitness level and build muscle, after snapping my ACL doctors ruled me out of all physical action for several months… Not only has tom helped me improve my physical fitness he has also helped strengthen my knee in the last few weeks. I have felt huge improvement. I am now able to light jog without pain and i can start to look forward to the new challenges that await.

I trained with Tom for 4 months earlier this year. I always looked forward to the sessions, which were varied and challenging enough every time. I also received nutritional advice off Tom, which has helped me to make positive lifestyle changes. I was so pleased with the improvements in my fitness levels and changes to my body shape in a relatively short time period. I would have carried on training with Tom had I not relocated due to work.
