Sports Club Training
Training a sports club or team can be as broad or specific as you require. For example, this could be anything from training a whole football club, to training a team within the club or even going one step further and just working on a specific area or training withing the team (such as speed and agility work with the forwards). The idea behind the training is that no matter how in depth the training goes it will still increase the team’s performance. This will not include tactics, techniques and skills sessions but will rather look at the biomechanics of how the body moves during the sport and will adapt the training to strengthen these muscles and ligaments specifically, improving performance and reducing the risk of injury.
