Equine Specific Fitness Class
Health, fitness and wellbeing are important factors not only in riding, but also in everyday life. This fun and friendly group exercise class is designed to increase balance, co-ordination and proprioception as well as increase strength in the main muscle groups we use whilst being on the horse such as our inner thighs, glutes and core. Remember, a strong core is the basis for a good posture and can lead to a decrease in back pain.
