Skiing is one of the most demanding sports on your body, the quadriceps (front of your thigh) and gluteal muscles (back of your thigh) are the main power muscles used during skiing. So why not add these half jacks on a box into your workout, or try personal training to make sure YOUR body is ready for the slopes.
