Shoes can make a difference to training!

Supporting your feet in a neutral position can help maintain good posture not just during training but throughout your life. People who wear shoes that cause pronation (legs shins leaning out) have a higher risk of developing knee pain and other issues. The same goes for supination (shines pointing inward) caused by your ankles rolling out. I would recommend you purchase a pair of shoes that supports that natural arch and general shape of your feet.
