Sports Specific Training
Sports specific training is not only aimed at athletes at the top level but also at sports people all the way through to grass roots and amateur level. The idea behind the training is to look at the biomechanics of the human body used in that specific sport, then adapt and recreate these as functional movements in the training sessions. This has proven not only to increase performance but also to reduce the risk of injury in sport.
