Mountain Climbers……..Add Something New To Your Core.

This is a great exercise as not only does it work a core in a functional, transverse plane but you also are working your shoulders, arms and glutes. Remember: Core tight, Feet wide, Drive your knee across to your opposite elbow, Looking down at the floor (not at the wall in front of you). This should be a controlled MSE (muscular strength endurance) exercise.
