The aim of group fitness training is to develop your cardiovascular fitness as well as toning and tightening up those unwanted bits. This is achievable by combining functional body weight exercises, weight training and high intensity interval training. By using these training methods you will have increased strength, endurance, agility, faster metabolism and also improved stamina.
