Circuit classes are great for a whole body work out and to improve general fitness, you can even have a private circuit class with your friends, relatives or work colleagues if the idea of exercising with people you know is more appealing. During circuit classes everybody encourages each other, helping you to achieve maximum results in the 45 minute session. Another positive about circuit training is that it invites mixed abilities into each class, as many of the exercises and stations are timed so you work as hard and fast as YOU can, not as fast as the person next to you.
