Bootcamp is a challenging free-weight and body weight workout for your whole body. Using functional movements you will improve your definition, strength and overall fitness. Within the class there is an element of circuit training involved, meaning that it is a great class for beginners as well as those looking to push themselves further. The classes are 45 minutes long and are jam-packed full of exercises that keep you moving throughout, burning calories and building strength. Wear old, comfortable clothing, which is easy to move in, and supportive footwear you don’t mind getting a bit muddy (in the winter months you may also be thankful for a pair of gloves).
