No equipment? No excuse. Gym closed? NO EXCUSE. There are a tonne of exercises that don’t require equipment or that much space to effectively train. Here are a few examples which you can do from your living room. Squatting – little to no space needed it’s simply crouching and standing. Lunge – Step forward on alternating legs down to the floor and stand back up again. Wall sit – Stand back against a wall, slide down slowly to a seated position and hold it. Push ups – Lie facing the floor, hold your body up with your arms, lower your body and push back up. Tricep dips – use either your sofa or a chair. Floor shoulder press – get into a similar press up starting position but stick your bum higher in the air so your body makes a triangle shape. Then proceed to push up but it will engage your shoulders more.
