Debloating Smoothie

Over indulged the night before? This green smoothie will you get your stomach flatter and digestive system back on track. Papaya is a wonderful digestive fruit and mixed with cucumber, this green smoothie will have your system soothed by lunchtime.

 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup papaya
1 frozen banana
1/4 cucumber (with skin)
1 cup chilled coconut water (or 4 coconut water ice cubes and 1/2 cup chilled coconut water)
2 cups spinach
4 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Puree everything in a blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
