Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a fantastic way to hit multiple parts of the body in a session through an endurance and body conditioning based training session. A circuit is a group of different exercises, usually targeting different parts of the body, spaced out over an area of the gym. You spend a specific amount of time at each station and cycle through until you have done them all and that is one complete circuit. Circuit are good for people with busy schedules as you can decide how long you spend at each station and how many circuits you complete.
